Make a committment to get in shape so you can keep up with family and friends on those social outings that have you "left behind" or playing catch up. there are planes and trains to catch and streets to cross while the light is green! Clareen has made this committment to pick up 3 persons and invites you to walk the path around the sports field at Town Park with her. Let's aim to build up stamina for a one mile walk; three and 1/3 times around the path equals a mile.
The walks are scheduled on Mondays at 11:00 AM, on Wednesdays at 1:00 PM, and on Fridays at 1:00 PM. Please register so we know you are coming and, call the Coordinator if you need a ride. Bring your walking stick, cane, or walker or let Clareen know that you would like one. To quote a 90 year old figure skater, "When you get older, if you do not move, you won't move."
