Make a committment to get in shape so you can keep up with family and friends on those social outings that have you "left behind" or playing catch up. there are planes and trains to catch and streets to cross while the light is green! Clareen has made this committment to pick up 3 persons and invites you to walk the path around the baseball field at Town Park with her. Let's aim to build up stamina to walk a mile. Three and 1/3 times around the path equals a mile. Let's conquer the "Sitting Disease".
The walks are scheduled on Tuesdays at 4:00 PM; on Thursdays at 3:00 PM; and on Fridays at 3:00 PM. Please register so we know to expect you and call the Coordinator to request a ride if needed. Bring your walking stick, cane, or walker or let Clareen know that you would like one.
