"A League of Their Own." Tom Hanks, Geena Davis, Madonna, Rosie O'Donnell, and Lori Petty star in a true story of a pioneering women's baseball league formed during WWII. A retired coach learns to love the game again by the "heart and heroics" of his team. The movie follows the women, on and off the field, until they play in the World Series.
