Struggling to keep up when going on outings with friends? Let's get in shape so that we can participate in upcoming activities with ease; such as trip to the National Aboreteum, an excursion to the National Gallery of Art to see a special exhibit, an old-fashion "take me out to the ballgame" to see the Bowie Baysox, and taking care of Cheverly Village members' garden at the Town Center. 

 

For those not familiar with the Old 4th Ward of Cheverly, treat this outing as a tourist and explore the gentle  trail through the woods at Boyd Park, the Cheverly Town Garden Plots, and the picnic area.
