IT IS NEVER TOO LATE, UNTIL IT IS,  to finalize your Advanced Directives or the Five Wishes document. 

Several Peace of Mynd team members will be at the Community Center gym from 2 to 4 on September 19 to offer individual (one on one) support and guidance to those working to complete these essential documents.  Bring the copy of Maryland Advanced Directives and/or The Five Wishes document that were provided by Peace of Mynd (hopefuly partially completed) if you still have them; .  Extra copies will be available when we meet on September 19th.  

Peace of Mynd has facilitated several detailed discussions over the past year on the necessity of making one’s final wishes known to your family.  Since the last conversation on this subject in June, how many people do you know who wished they had?  NOW IS THE TIME!
