1. First, you MUST reserve your appointment time on the Wegmans calendar, here. Primero, haga click aqui para reservar su cita en el calendario de Wegmans.

2. Then, complete registration with Cheverly Village using the red Register for this Event button above. This ensures you will receive an email reminder from Cheverly Village on Saturday, October 5.  Luego haga click en el boton rojo arriba, para completar su registracion por medio de Cheverly Village.

3. Don't forget, be sure to ↓ READ BELOW ↓ for forms you need to print and complete and for insurance information. No olvide leer a continuación los formularios que necesita completar y la información del seguro.

Cheverly Village will again be partnering with Wegmans and the Town of Cheverly to provide a drive-through vaccine clinic in front of the Cheverly Community Center. 

Flu vaccines for ages three (3) and up will be available, as well as the Pneumonia, Shingles, and RSV (for seniors) vaccine, and TDAP vaccine. Wegmans will also do their best to offer the Moderna Covalent COVID-19 Booster to all PRE-REGISTERED participants. It is safe to receive both your flu vaccine, your COVID booster, and even your pneumonia or RSV vaccine, in the same visit. (Note, the available COVID-19 booster is appropriate for individuals 12 years of age and older. Currently, COVID-19 vaccines for children younger than 12 require a doctor’s visit.)

Wegmans will bill your insurance (including Medicare or Medicaid).  If you have any concerns about insurance or cost, ask the Coordinator to have one of us call you. No one will be turned away from a flu vaccine for lack of insurance or funds to pay and we understand that most insurers are covering the cost of covid-19 boosters.  

Most insurance carriers will cover Wegmans administering the listed vaccines. Some notable exceptions are Kaiser Permanente and some CVS/Caremark PBM policies such as Carefirst. Those policies require you to receive vaccination at their facilities. Anyone enrolled in Medicare will need to bring their red, white and blue card for flu and pneumonia, and their Medicare Part-D card for other vaccines.

Habrá vacunas de flu para todas las edades, y tambien para neumonia y shingles y TDAP y Moderna COVID-19 Booster. Wegmans cobrara su seguro (incluyendo a Medicare o Medicaid). A nadie se le negará la vacuna para el flu por no poder pagar. La mayoría de seguros acceptarán que Wegmans les administre la vacuna. Excepciones son estos proveedores de seguros: Kaiser Permanente y algunos programas de CVS/Caremark PBM como Carefirst. Esos programas requieren que uno reciba la vacuna en sus recintos. 1. Consent forms. Downloading and filling out your general vaccine consent form before arriving will save time. Please be sure to print out TWO (2) COPIES of the general vaccine form! If you are receiving a Moderna COVID Booster, please also download and fill out this covid booster consent form. Both forms should be dated Oct. 6. Traiga su formularios de consentimiento.
