Recalling and writing about your life's experience with carefully chosen descriptions has been shown to help maintain memory. Handwriting short senarios is one of the daily activities of the StrongerMemory Program offered by Cheverly Village. You have lived through historic times, your own and the world's. Share your unique perspective in this fun, relaxed and supportive group class. This eight week Monday-morning session begins on October 7 and ends on November 25, 2024. As the holidays approach, consider sharing your stories as a gift for someone!
