Ms Miriam Rendon-Pounce from Hospice of the Chesapeake will bring some light to the myths or misinformation surrounding the meaning  of and difference between  hospice and  palliative care.  Refreshments and the informal setting of the Conference Room will hopefully encourage conversations. Bring you questions and share your experiences with navigating these types of care.
