Miriam Rendon-Ponce from The Hospice of the Chesapeake will be leading a discussion about the nature of hospice and palliative care to include clarifications of common misunderstandings about each type of care. This event is meant to bring information that is valuable to everyone in your family as hospice is a service accessible to people of all ages and sometimes at unexpected times. Come with your questions as there will be time for Q&A.
CUMC's Fogle Hall is accessible by an elevator from the church parking lot. There is also a lift for people using wheelchairs or walkers at the stair case directly to Fogle Hall. Refreshments will be served.
