Save The Date:  Miriam Rendon-Ponce from The Hospice of the Chesapeake will be leading a discussion about the nature of hospice and palliative care to include clarifications of common misunderstandings about each type of care.  This event is meant to bring this valuable information to everyone in the community as hospice is service that is accessed by people of all ages.
