Recalling and writing about your life's experience with carefully chosen descriptions has been shown to help maintain memory.  In fact, handwriting short scenarios is one of the daily activities recommended by the StrongerMemory Program being offered by Cheverly Village.  You have lived through historic times, your own and the world's. Share your unique perspective in this fun, relaxed and supportive group class. This eight week Monday-morning session begins on January 20 and ends on March 10, 2025.
