The November book selection is Abercrombie Trail by Candace Simar, a fictionalized account of the early settlers in west central Minnesota. It details  their hardships through the eyes of the stagecoach driver delivering supplies and mail to the territories and the situation leading up to the Sioux Uprising of 1862.  Minnesota was established as a territory in 1849 and became the 32nd state in 1858.
