Chose any eight of the twelve weeks posted. This next Monday-morning writing session begins on March 24 and ends on June 30, 2025.  Recalling and writing about your life's experience with carefully chosen descriptions has been shown to help maintain memory.  In fact, handwriting short scenarios is one of the daily activities of the StrongerMemory Program promoted by Goodwin House.   Share your unique perspectives in this fun, relaxed and supportive group class.
