Choose any eight of the twelve posted writing sessions.  These Monday-morning sessions begin on March 24 and end on June 30, 2025.  Recalling and writing about your life's experience with carefully chosen descriptions has been shown to help maintain memory.  In fact, handwriting short scenarios is one of the daily activities of the StrongerMemory Program promoted by Goodwin House.  You have lived through historic times, your own and the world's. Share your unique perspective in this fun, relaxed and supportive group class.
