SAVE THE DATE: July 21, 5:00-7:30 PM.  Cheverly Village “Potluck Invitation to Express Yourself” at the Cheverly Community Center.   Invite a friend, share a your favorite dish, and join us by putting your creative pen to paper as you recall the stories of your life that you want to share. Are the "lessons learned" and the values that you feel are important worthy of sharing with the next generation?  The answer, for sure, must be "yes".  

 

Bring any object, keepsake, good luck charm, anything with a story behind it, and we will begin to write to reveal its meaning.   Cathy Smith, story-teller, writer and memoir writing instructor, will join us to offer guidance on how to write expressively.   A copy of Morning Memoirs by Cathy Smith will be a door prize.
