Nothing is too simple or minor to be perplexing.  If it is unclear to you, it is a problem asking for a solution. 
 
Suggest a topic for our tech savvy volunteers to explain in more depth.  A few examples are: What is an app?  A podcast?  How do I use phone locator when phone is "lost"?.  What is ICE?
