Cheverly Fitness Bootcamp continues its outdoor workouts. We are community-led, gathering together to do body weight and light weight workouts, each at our own pace.
Join us on Saturday mornings at 8:00 at Euclid Park* and--if you're an early bird!--on Thursday mornings at 6:00 a.m. at the Cheverly Town Park track. Since our schedule depends on weather and on bootcampers' availability, please see our Facebook Group (look for us on Facebook as "Cheverly Bootcamp") for specific details and to confirm that we are meeting on a given day.
(*Euclid Park is the children's playground at the end of the short road that is right before the Cheverly Swim and Racket Club.)
