Young families and empty-nesters, discover how to plan and personalize your legal affairs.  Join Attorney Cheryl Chapman Henderson as she helps us understand the five estate planning documents that every family should become familiar with in order to have meaningful conversations with loved ones about personal end-of-life wishes.  The four legal documents that deal with your wishes while you are alive are: Power of Attorney for Finances and Decision Making; Healthcare Powers of Attorney, Advanced Directives, and the HIPPAA Authorization.  The fifth legal document is your Will.  A Personal Information Profile will also be discussed as an essential but not a legal document.

Members of Cheverly Village will be invited to participate in small group discussions to answer questions and to support each other in pursuit these tasks in the weeks following this event.
